        We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods on your shopping list have been processed. All orders are subject to availability but we’ll notify you by email should the item you want be out of stock.

        Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them, ensuring the highest level of security at all times. The transaction will appear on your credit card bill in your own currency and appear on your statement as ‘Intelligent Approaches Ltd'.

Pricing Information
        All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Savvy Style Consultants Ltd trades as Intelligent Approaches Limited is a UK-based business registered in England & Wales with Company Number 05906714 and VAT Number GB 889 1829 56. 

        All prices quoted are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are quoted exclusive of UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.

        You may use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, use this for information only and you cannot rely on this being the same rate of conversion used by your credit card company at the time and date of process of payment. The transaction will appear on your credit card bill in your own currency.

Shipping Information

    We know that you’ll want your goods as quickly as possible and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure that you’re not waiting long.   So, following confirmation from WorldPay of receipt of your payment, we’ll give you our commitment to ship your goods as follows:

1.     Non-Digital Products
   

Mainland UK Addresses - 72 hrs

Outside UK - Your goods will be placed with UK Royal Mail or similar third party within 48 hrs but we are sorry that we cannot thereafter guarantee a delivery time to your door.

1.     Shipping Costs, where applicable, will be calculated according to the country of delivery and added to your shopping cart before the final request for your card payment.
   

2.     Digital Products - Instant Access (e.g. downloads of e-books, event tickets, tele-seminar bookings, training resources etc)      
   

Returns Information

1.     Non-Digital Products - If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total value of your  order will be deducted from the refundable amount. 
   

Intelligent Approaches Ltd is based in the EU. Under EU Consumer Law,  you have the right  to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods, whichever is the longer.

The cost and responsibility for the safe return of the goods to us lies with the you. We recommend use of a secure, signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Return the product in its original packaging, including all contents and packing slip to the following address:
